Wellness Wednesdays with Dogwood Yoga
Mindful Movement & Yoga: 10:00-11:15 a.m.
In this class, we use mindfulness techniques and adapt yoga poses to your body promoting increased elasticity, strength, balance, decreased reactivity, and sense of well-being. No experience needed.
Lunchtime Learning: 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m.
In support of lifelong learning, we discuss and experience a new yoga-related topic each month.
